Rules & Terms
Effective 24 August 2026. These rules and terms govern aeorival.com — the boards, profiles, claims, bidding, and enquiries. Using the site, claiming a profile, or completing a payment means you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not pay for a position.
The board in one minute
Each board is a city-and-trade market. Every relevant local business we can verify gets a profile — free, whether or not they ever pay us. Above the full list sits a small sponsored tier. Rank in that tier is the bid — nothing else. Amounts are public. Sponsored positions are paid advertising, not editorial rankings, reviews, certifications, or endorsements. At launch, open sponsored slots may show top-rated businesses free of charge, clearly labelled as featured — they have not paid, no amount is shown for them, and any real bid takes the spot immediately.
What a payment buys — and what it doesn't
- A payment adds to your listing's counted spend for 30 days. Your sponsored rank at any moment is your counted spend versus everyone else's. After 30 days, each payment stops counting; your all-time total still accrues on the all-time view.
- Anyone can outbid you at any time. Being outbid moves your rank down; it never cancels your counted spend — you keep your remaining 30 days at whatever rank that spend supports.
- Raising your own position costs only the difference between your current counted spend and the target.
- At equal spend, the older payment ranks higher.
- Minimums, increments, the #1 premium, and charge floors are shown before you pay, in your market's currency (GBP, SGD, USD, or MYR).
- A payment does not buy traffic, clicks, enquiries, customers, revenue, a fixed duration at a specific rank, search-engine or AI-engine ranking, or any particular result.
What we never sell
The full A-to-Z market list, business profiles, market statistics, and everything machines read on this site (structured data included) are never for sale and never influenced by payment. Paid placement is always labelled as sponsored — in text and in markup. If you ever find a spot where money moved a neutral surface, report it and we will fix it: that separation is the product.
Our honesty commitments to you
- We never fabricate competitors, bids, positions, visitor counts, activity, or scarcity. Every number on a board is real, and counters only appear once they are large enough to be meaningful.
- Outbid and position-change notifications are sent only when the event actually happened.
- Profile facts are drawn from public sources; we do not invent ratings or reviews.
Money, refunds, and chargebacks
Checkout and card storage are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. Prices are in your market's local currency; taxes may be added at checkout where required.
All payments are final and non-refundable. Ranking placement is a digital service that begins the moment payment is confirmed: your spend is counted and shown on the public board. Being outbid, decaying off after 30 days, fewer enquiries than you hoped, or removal for breach of these terms does not create a refund. By completing checkout you request immediate performance and, to the extent your law allows it, waive any cooling-off or withdrawal right; where a mandatory consumer right cannot be waived, we honour it. This is a business-to-business service: bidders act in the course of their trade. Chargebacks without a legally required basis are a breach of these terms and may end your listing's participation.
Listed businesses: profiles, claims, and your rights
- Unclaimed profiles. We list real local businesses using publicly available information (name, trade, area, public review data, website facts) so each board reflects the whole market. We do this on a legitimate-interest basis, business information only — never private individuals' data.
- Claiming is free and verified: sign in with an email at your business domain, or ask for manual verification. Only verified owners can bid.
- Correction and removal. If your profile is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. If you want your business removed from a board, email wellnickchin@gmail.com from a verifiable address — we remove the profile and suppress all future contact. Removal is honoured even if you have never claimed.
- By claiming, you confirm you are authorised to represent the business, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display the profile content and public metadata needed to operate the board.
Visitors and enquiries
Browsing is free and account-free. When you send an enquiry through a profile, your message and contact details go to that business and are stored so the business can respond and so we can measure whether boards actually generate work. We do not sell visitor data. Bid amounts you see are real; sponsored placement means the business paid for prominence, not that we vouch for their work — check reviews and quotes as you normally would.
Prohibited use
- Bidding on a business you are not authorised to represent.
- Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or licence-requiring offers you are not licensed for; impersonation; malware or scam destinations.
- Manipulating clicks, enquiries, or counters; scraping beyond ordinary browsing; automated bidding without written permission.
- Using the boards to harass, defame, or unfairly disparage a competitor.
Our right to remove
We may refuse, hide, or remove any listing or bid, with or without notice, where we believe these terms, the law, or a rights holder's complaint requires it, or where a listing creates legal, security, or reputational risk. Removal for breach does not create a refund. Complaints and rights notices: email wellnickchin@gmail.com with your details, the listing, the problem, and a statement that your notice is accurate; we may act on the listing while we review.
Liability, changes, and contact
The service is provided as-is; to the maximum extent the law allows, our liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. We may update these terms; material changes are dated at the top and continued use after a change is acceptance. Mandatory consumer and advertising law of your market (United Kingdom, Singapore, United States, Malaysia) applies where it cannot be excluded.
