The numbers, and how we count them
Every number quoted anywhere on this site is below, with the method that produces it. They are counted, not estimated, and there are no display floors. When a figure is small it is shown small, because a real small number is worth more than a flattering one.
880 Visitors in 53 days
One increment per browser per 24 hours, counted server-side in mkt.site_counter. A repeat visit on the same day does not count twice, and nothing is estimated from samples. Counting began at launch on 25 August 2026. The denominator is stated because "since launch" alone lets a reader assume years.
0 People in the last hour
Distinct browsers that have loaded a page in the past rolling hour. The label says "in the last hour" rather than "online" because that is the window actually measured; a live socket count would be a different claim.
3,107 Businesses listed
Published listings on boards that are live. Excludes anything unpublished: duplicates, wrong-market rows, and any listing an owner has asked us to take down.
70 Open boards
One board per trade per city, and only boards that are actually routed and serving. A board held back for a city that has not launched is not counted here.
11 Cities
Distinct metros with at least one live board. Currently London, Singapore, Dallas–Fort Worth, Kuala Lumpur & Klang Valley, Manchester, Birmingham, Houston, Phoenix, Greater Los Angeles, Penang (George Town), Johor Bahru.
9 Trades covered
Distinct trades across all cities. Not every city carries every trade; the count per city is on that city’s page.
167 AI assistant consultations, last 30 days
Pages fetched by the user-agents AI assistants send while answering a live question (ChatGPT-User, Perplexity-User, Claude-User and similar), counted at the edge as the request arrives. A consultation means an assistant read the page mid-answer. It does not mean it recommended anyone, and we will not pretend to know what it said.
8,196 AI crawler reads, last 30 days
Fetches by the bulk crawlers that feed AI training sets and search indexes (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, CCBot and similar), identified by user agent. Counting began 1 September 2026. Agents are self-declared, so treat this as a lower-bound signal, not an audit.
2 People arriving from AI assistants, last 30 days
Human visitors whose arrival carried an AI tool’s marker: the utm_source ChatGPT appends to its links, or a referrer like perplexity.ai. Deduplicated per browser per half hour. Detection is only as good as what the tools expose, so this undercounts: several assistants strip the referrer entirely.
What this page is not
These are our own figures. Publishing them with their method makes them checkable against what you see on the boards; it does not make them independently audited, and we are not going to imply otherwise by putting them behind a badge. If a number here ever disagrees with a number on a board, the board is the one to trust and we would like to know.
What we deliberately do not count
No page-view inflation from our own traffic, no bot filtering applied after the fact to make a figure look better, and no counting of a business as “listed” while its board is not serving. Bid amounts, where any exist, are advertising spend and are never presented as what a customer pays for a job.
